Frequently Asked Questions
How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are virtual and both couples need to be present at the same location for the session.
There are a minimum of 6 sessions (depending on the couple's assessment and discussion from prior sessions) that are a max of 60 minutes long.​
How does scheduling work?
Couples will be provided a link they can use to schedule their session. Once scheduled, they will receive an email with the session details and how to join virtually via Zoom.
Couples' sessions are conducted biweekly.
Are there any deposits required?
Assessment Only: $50 Deposit Required.

Required to reserve wedding date; can be transferred to another date as long as the
the date isn't already booked

How does billing work?
Assessment: Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due prior to the start of the follow-up session.
Premarital Counseling Program: Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due prior to the 2nd session. If a couple signs up for auto draft, then will be charged immediately following each session ($100 for the remaining 5 sessions).
Officiant Only: Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due the day before the ceremony.
Premarital Counseling Program & Officiant: Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due prior to the 2nd session and the $250 for the ceremony the day prior to the ceremony date. If a couple signs up for auto draft, then will be charged immediately following each session ($100 for the remaining 5 sessions).
Do you take insurance?
No.
To insurance benefits for couples counseling, at least one partner needs to meet the criteria for mental health diagnosis, such as adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, or another disorder that requires mental health treatment. This premarital counseling program is not intended to be psychotherapy or any type of mental health treatment.
